Parallelonot On The Wall

The parallelonot shelf in place in the lounge.  Has the pleasing merit that it accommodates my need for books to be the right size for their shelf, and E's need that related books go together.

Thus, the variable-sized guest-focussed books and pamphlets that relate to the house and to surrounding tourist'y locations all fit perfectly. 

The books at this end - relating to Nile explorations and Victorian scandals - give some idea what the wider family of the house owners 150 years ago were up to!
