Sunrise

We set off at sunrise for the second day of the competition, which was just a half day. We knew our score no longer mattered after yesterday’s time penalties but we enjoyed finding some more markers today, some of which were pretty well hidden in the bracken. It was lovely out there in the sunshine. I have developed a bit of a cough however; probably just the tiredness.

Then a dreadful coach journey back to Herts: 6.5 hours instead of 4.5.
