And suddenly it’s Thursday!

Poor S woke up feeling terrible with a banging headache, blocked nose and generally feeling weak. Covid test was negative (she had covid last month) so think it’s just the horrible cold that’s been doing the rounds.

I spent a chunk of the morning painting with the girls. Anna wanted to paint Chookie Birdies and Faith wanted to paint rainbow flowers :-)

Sharon was down in time for lunch and felt better for having a warming bowl of soup and some crusty bloomer bread.

After lunch L took the girls for a walk to the park and the shops, Sharon and I sat in the garden room, and David investigated a slow puncture on Alan’s car.

When L and the girls came back from their walk they went in the pool. S decided to go in too but was exhausted when she got out and went back to bed.

Takeaway for dinner. Pizzas for me and the girls and curry for D & L.

Today’s photos show Alan enjoying Anna’s company. Both girls enjoy spending time with Alan and he thinks they’re hilarious! Poor D, when it’s not the girls demanding his attention, it’s the dogs!!! What it is to be popular :-)) And finally Faith conked out after her swim and before her dinner. She never sits still. No wonder she flaked out!! :-))

The evening was spent watching the fallout from the PM’s resignation today. What an embarrassment her speech was. What was her stupid smile all about? I genuinely think she’s not right in the head! And not a word of apology for the havoc she has brought to the country. Still blowing her own trumpet in-fact!! The sheer arrogance of it!

But fear not, we could soon have Boris back in no 10. Then our decent into the ninth Circle of Hell will be complete.
