Lunch Anyone?

A survey in Lochgelly this morning so I was very glad last night's heavy downpours were finished!

Head down when I got home and got a couple of wee bits off my desk!

A mild afternoon brought out the spiders, three Red Admirals and Carder Bee (see extras!).  There was also a Painted Lady bit didn't manage to catch her!

Finished up at 3.45 to take Aonghus to the vet.  Thankfully just a staved toe (which is thickened due to arthritis) so short walkies the next couple of days but nothing to worry about!  I can be such a worrier but when they can't tell you what's wrong it's better to be safe than sorry!

My vet was telling me that one nurse has left without working her notice, one is pregnant and therefore not doing surgeries and the third is in America for 4 weeks so she has had to close her surgery just now and she asked me if Dale was looking for a job!  She said even if she could help out one day a week...  I spoke to Dale who is happy to help out on her day off so I have passed on her number.  My poor vet was looking a bit frazzled!  Hopefully she will take Dale up on her offer.
