The Sideways Glance

Quiet day with Mrs I resting after her procedure yesterday. 

She still managed to conjure up a superb homemade soup while I was out with Hollie.

Carrot and parsnip. 
With onion. 
And garlic. 
And black pepper. 
And chicken stock. 
And garlic bread. 

Manna from heaven. 


Hollie was trying ever so hard not to look at the camera. But I got there in the end (see extra, view large) 

Weather today.... Various shades of grey, overcast and wet. 

It's riveting stuff isn't it......
