Exempt Human Specimen

Feeling like a slightly less exempt human specimen today ;)  Still knackered but heading in the right direction now, I think.  I've opted out of going into the office tomorrow though (and my boss was very understanding) - think the nearly five miles of walking there and back is not a great idea at the moment.  In fact, this was my first time out of the house in over a week - just a quick trip to the postbox up the road, to post a few cards and this 'spit kit' for the Decode ME study that was launched recently.  Adding my probably dodgy DNA to their huge database.  The wording on the bottom of the envelope amused me.
