Brokenness

“The earth is broken up, the earth is split asunder, the earth is violently shaken.” Isaiah 19v24
What a violent night it was. Winds of 65 knots + The sight of this beautiful tree, broken, made me feel so sad this morning. The sights it has seen, over the hundreds of years it has been beside the city walls, and just one night has torn huge chunks of it. It’s beauty destroyed. With the wind and rain not looking like abating any time soon, time for hunkering down. But I did venture out tonight to have a wonderful discussion with my lovely friend Hilary about fearing God and prophetic gifting. Hopefully there will be more sleep tonight for everyone.
