 ........... some cardamom pods  -  another staple in my food cupboard - I also have loose seeds and ground cardamom - which one I use depends on what I am cooking.

Cardamom is part of the ginger family  -  better seen larger.

Thanks to davidc for hosting TinyTuesday this month.  TT388.  I think these qualify - and another flat lay shot.
