Cold and Damp

Brr it was cold this morning! And after the hottest October on record for Portland I really felt it! Next week there's even a slight chance of snow. Unheard of!

Acupuncture this morning followed by grocery pick up, then worked at my desk on botanical garden stuff. Some good meetings and calls. The sun came out late this afternoon and I got outside for a bit. The columnar oak in my front garden has all of a sudden turned very red. The sun was literally making the leaves glow! 

A cool night, tomorrow not half bad, followed by 2 inches of rain on Friday. Isn't the weather a fascinating subject???
