The Colour of Autumn

A late afternoon walk brought me past these glorious Acer leaves. They're so very vibrant and glorious and straight out of my camera.   The sun was already low in the sky and the clouds told me that the weather is about to change again. 

The high today was 13C, but by the weekend we shall be down to 8C and much more normal for mid-November.
