Purple haze

Purple is the colour of November here.  The jacarandas are out in full force now.  I just love seeing splashes of purple around.   The agapanthus are starting to flower, hydrangeas are coming out and my sandpaper leaf vine is in full flower.  This is what I have blipped.  I am pretty sure you could use the leaves for sandpaper if you were desperate.  They are quite rough and leathery.
