A Morning with Lady P

Below zero this morning, with reports of snow on Ronas Hill.  As I headed to work, sleet/snow covered the roads for some stretches.  Odd showers, and now torrential rain tonight.  A windy day, picking up to about a gale force 10 tonight. Thunder and lightning late last night, and the odd flash and rumble throughout the day.

After breakfast, I nipped by friend Paula.  Late shift in the airport again today, and mostly meeting and boarding flights.  Mam, Laura and Elise arrived home on the Glasgow flight.  Our last flight to Aberdeen got cancelled, it couldn't land with the crosswinds and ice forming on the aircraft.  The last oil and gas flight was cancelled too.  A fine quiet night by the fire, and Sammy doesn't want walkies, understandable.

Great to catchup with Lady P, aka Paula Sutherland.  She has great sympathy for my suffering leg, as she's had similar, only ten times worse.  She's given me some pointers to help with my pain, and some don'ts.  Paula is flying home to Aberdeen again tomorrow, just hope this awful weather clears up again.  Lady P busy at her crafting desk, Gulberwick.
