Christmas Shopping

Christmas Shopping

As much as I like the convenience of shopping on line during the year there is nothing quite like actual going out and shopping at Christmas.

When we were first married we would go into Town (Cambridge) and shop. The highlight would be Heffers on Sydney Street and Woolworths. We would have great fun selecting silly toys and games for the kids. Heffers had a number of floors dedicated to Christmas bubble etc.

Fast forward to when Heffers and Woolworth closed we started using Scotsdales Nursery in Shelford. The shop always has a real Christmas spirit.

We got up early today and after visiting David we trotted over to Scotsdales. and managed to get 75% ish of what we need. Good result.

We even managed a cup of tea, sausage roll and a packet of crisps for lunch there.
