Appearances ...

… can be deceptive. 

I was tempted to tell you that I went for a stroll in Thetford Forest this morning, which was looking unseasonably fresh and spring-like. 

In reality, though, I was actually sitting in the waiting room at the dentist’s, looking at an entire wall covered with this delightful scene! The surgery had a major make-over a year or two back and the two walls at either end which were papered with professional photographs add a calm and peaceful air to the place.

In other news, The Traveller flew in from Malta early this morning for a fleeting visit so that he can see his niece, who arrives tomorrow with her Dad for our early Christmas get-together. She will be surprised, and delighted, to see him.
