Busy baking

A really busy day preparing for our family lunch tomorrow, as well as baking fairy cakes and my gingery oat biscuits ("Nutty Joys") for my granddaughter’s school Christmas bazaar. I packed them up for my daughter-in-law and The Traveller delivered them for me.
