Christmas Party.

As you can imagine a lot of excited children and emotional parents and grandparents.

The weather behaved itself, no rain, lots of sunshine but a bit windy.

The children did several dances and songs.

And they all did them very well, with only the occasional lapse in concentration.

We also watched a video of the children's progression through the year.

There was a little section asking what each child wanted to do when they grew up.

There were the usual, policeman, builder, dancer, even office worker.

But Mia's answer drew the most 'aahs', because she said, 'When I grow up, I want to be a Mum.'

One Mum said to me 'that was so sweet.'

We have a few days next week before we finally say goodbye.  And I'm sure there will be a few tears, from the teachers as well as the parents.
