Lavenders

Apart from having a lavender bank, we have the same variety against one of our house walls......a quick click late afternoon taken against the roughcast wall, the blurry bits are in the foreground, like I was shooting though  the stems to focus on some further back.  Does that make sense?

Its been a busy day with one thing and another......to the butcher to order a  butterflied leg of lamb (last week I ordered a ham on the bone), ordered a booster car seat for Lexi, collected  bits for our shower, to Mitre10 for some pansys and bags of compost, then to the supermarket....this took the best part of the morning....and I came home rather poor and grumpy.
It has drizzled this afternoon, but I did get my annuals planted.
