There was a hard frost last night, which meant there was only one thing to do this morning  - go for a walk while the mud was frozen!

It was lunch time when I got back, and then I tried to tick jobs off the list but didn't do very well. I did clean and grease my walking boots and discovered that the heel is disintegrating, not the leather part, but the back of the actual heel. But I'm sure I bought them mid 2020, which means I've walked upwards of 2,000 miles in them. I'd better get a new pair.
