Santa splash

Our daughter was taking part in a Santa splash for charity at 9.30 this morning so we took Phin down to Portobello beach to cheer them on. He loved running about and splashing in the sea though he was a little confused at the large group of scantily clad people running into the water and had a wee spell of barking!

We took Miss PHL and her flatmate to a local dog friendly cafe for breakfast as we thought they deserved a treat after their efforts. Phin was quite sleepy after all his exertions so we had a bit of time to get the boxes out of the loft. Whilst I put the tree up and put the other decorations in the living room, Mr PHL headed out to the DIY store to pick up paint to redo the hallway.
