You can tell I'm not taking my camera anywhere at the moment, can't you!

Yesterday's disruption involved being on the phone to BT (on behalf of someone else) for well over two hours. I even managed to cycle to work while still being on hold and eventually, after I'd emailed the managing director and the board (two of whose inboxes were too full to accept any new messages!) I had a helpful call from Customer Services and we moved forward a few steps.

Today I endured a similar experience for a quite different reason on my own behalf.

I have promised myself a day off BT tomorrow.
