Relatively light dusting

There was just enough of a dusting of snow about 9am to make it feel....properly Christmassy (?????). It lingered on through the day in the Old Town and beyond into the Southside, making the pavements pretty slippery, especially when I came out of Pollock Halls to get the bus home about 8.30pm. Cold but not so icy in Leith. And the ride up in the lift at the end of the day was utterly blissful if a bit too talkative for my liking.

That concluded a long day, which started with a coffee catch up with my fellow HoSs, and morphed through a bunch of meetings into an away day which was relatively interesting and quite fun (most of the time....).
