Day Off

The Lads and their ladders had a day off today. I loved it. Lie in till 9am, let the dog out, and tea in bed. Bbbrr, it was cold out there in my jimjams! But a fabulous sunny winter's day ensued.

Nice walk up the Dale, great views and no people. I had the valley to myself and it was mighty fine. 

Mrs I kindly took me to collect my car today, a 60 mile round trip in horrible traffic. The clutch is done, my wallet is very much lighter, and will be even more so tonight. 

I am treating us to a meal at the pub..
