Big night

The day of our community choir Christmas concert finally arrived and there were several Blippers taking part in the evening session.  Just grabbed a quick photo of the MD's stand and our Little Donkey mascot.  Felt rather intimidated as was on the front row and it felt very close to the audience, but nerves went once we got singing.  The audience were excellent, and always good to have Corinthian's daughter there - she whoops and cheers very well!  :-) The readers did a sterling job and we had 4 lovely soloists - I was so glad I hadn't given in when being press ganged to do that! Just standing in front of a microphone is enough to make the knees quiver let alone the voice!  A lovely evening and good to have someone who records the singing as it sounds totally different to the sound you get just hearing those next to you.  More "gigs" next week!
