Rhubarb

I know - there are people out there who detest spiders.  Luckily I'm not one of them, on account of this little monster jumped out at me from the rhubarb when I was picking some stems to stew for dinner tonight.  The rhubarb crop is exceptional by the way.

I have set up the Concept 2 rower, and I have formatted the PM5 monitor, and it is a joy - a very different experience to the rower at the Blackwood Rec Centre.  I shall take the greatest care of my new baby.  I haven't started training properly yet; but will probably do a bit more later this afternoon.

The effort of getting it downstairs yesterday took quite a bit out of me, and I am tired, folks!  Yes, I am.
