Decorated New Town door

Out to swim, passing by this grand door. 

Parlous pavements .. there had been a snow shower overnight, then rain, so there was rain on frozen ice and melting slushy stuff. Some sunshine in the morning. Temperature stayed above freezing overnight, and we didn't get the heavy snow that went through North of the city.
