Life through my eyes

Little 'elpers!

Mr T was much better today except for one period in the afternoon which I managed to track down to "casserole" discomfort, and needing a bacon sandwich!

Not much done today, coughing a lot as the day wore on.  Alzheimer's Society on line group meeting this morning which was good.  The chap who runs it does a very good job of seeking out interesting guests, and is a real character!  He's a local am dram performer and recently played the dame!  I love the way he goes "ooooh" when something interesting is said!

This afternoon almost an hour trying to help Dad with his computer.  He'd turned his wifi off a few weeks back but no idea what has happened.  Queried if he had run out of broadband contract but he didn't know and only my sister has the details.

Then just a bit more admin catch up, and we heard something "crash".  Off I went to investigate and found Elf and Safety with a Scotia trim on their heads.

"It wasn't us Mrs T."
"Well we did think we could help stick this trim on to finish the edges of the top shelf."
"Shhh!  Safety!"
"It was just that the piece was very long and our arms aren't long, and then Elf's arms got tired ..."
"Safety!  Enough!"
"And then he let go and it fell on us."
"We were only trying to help!"

After removing the trim from them they were checked for injuries and settled back on their shelf.
