Christmas card

The theme for MonoMonday is Christmas Give us a peek into what Christmas look like where you live. We got this card from the family and is shows all the snowy activities that we might be doing if it keeps snowing!  Thanks to Carolina for hosting MM.
It's been very cold and lightly snowing all day, and we have a snowfall warning. G had his season end lunch at the golf club and fortunately he was able to make it.
This is the information in an email that we got from our community leader who keeps us updated:
Winter storm warning in effect for:
Southern Gulf Islands
Heavy snowfall with blowing snow is expected.
Time span: Late evening to Tuesday.
Threats: Dangerous travel conditions due to heavy snow and poor visibilities in blowing snow.
Snowfall Accumulations: Near 20 cm, and possibly more in southern sections and localized areas.
Remarks: A low pressure system will make landfall in Washington State tonight. The associated front will brush through the very southern part of British Columbia giving another round of heavy snow starting late this evening.Snow will taper off Tuesday near noon on Vancouver Island and Tuesday afternoon on the mainland side.Consider postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve.

Yikes! I hope we don't get as much as predicted, but we're ready for it if we do. I added an extra of a cold little hummingbird that's been perched on the feeder all day. G insulates two of the feeders and is switching them so that there's always one that hasn't frozen. I hope the hummers survive in this cold! Not a great photo, taken from inside, but I wanted a record of it.
