A beautiful sunny day, perfect for a long hill walk. We started with Watlington Hill, then on to Pyrton Hill, Shirburn Hill, Bald Hill and Aston Rowant then back along the Ridgeway Long Distance Trail. The morning spaniel walk merged with the afternoon spaniel walk. I am very taken with the white painted waymark signs that adorn beech trees across the Chilterns. I've not seen these anywhere else. When I've collected a few more I'll make a photocollage.
