Saturday Night

According to my wife, today was a perfect Saturday - volleyball (my men's team won by forfeit and then was able to play an hour for fun), dinner (Ata Sushi, shown here), and a movie (Olympus Has Fallen, exciting if a bit bloody in places). I couldn't agree more, the only thing truly missing was some time on the beach (with more volleyball, but those days are hard to arrange lately) or spending some time with friends (most of whom have departed for points north).

It is interesting the number of sushi restaurants here in Zihua. We happen to like Ata, but there a half a dozen others from which to choose. Perhaps it is the plentifully available fresh fish, perhaps it is the desire to taste food other than traditional Mexican, but tonight, while the town is basically empty, our restaurant has three tables filled at a time well before locals traditionally eat. The other places in town seem to have a similar steady business.
