Got the Thunderbirds cooperative game off the shelf this evening.  For those familiar with Pandemic, this is by the same designer, Matt Leacock, and has a similar mechanism.  Similar but not the same, so it took a little while to realign our thinking, having played various Pandemic games rather a lot.

There is debate whether TB3 is orange or red.  For those of us watching in black & white, it was... grey.  However, I'm reasonably confident it wasn't this orange, even in the 1960s.

Half of the players weren't familiar with the original TV series and the various references in the game weren't meaning anything.  So, we paused the game and watched the pilot episode - strings, plot-holes, and all.

Possibly the least credible moment was when Lady Penelope told Parker to "wait until there's no-one around" when driving up the M1 (before using the machine gun protruding from the radiator).

Anyway, back to the game and I'm sure you'll be reassured that the Hood's evil schemes were successfully foiled - again.
