Always Take Out For Yourself...

Life gets so busy with family, friends and life that we often don't have time for ourselves... I've enjoyed my walk in the afternoon with Margaret while Gayle is on holidays and Lulu the border collie is up on the farm but I do like it when I can walk on my own, no coordinating times and deciding where to walk and not having to have a conversation that's what coffee catch ups are for, my walking is for me to clear my head...
