Wound up in Wexford

The mills of Pakenham

Pakenham is "the last parish in England to still have a working watermill and windmill".  Though unsurprisingly, neither were working today.

Z and S went out to spend the day with his family.  R, G and the boys had some time in the playground, and then later they went in the hot tub.

We had a slow morning - we did a load of washing, and then after lunch went out to find a few essential food supplies - milk, bread, and most importantly, ground coffee.  We found the Pakenham mills, which are really quite well outside the village, though they are in "the Parish".

This evening, W cooked us all salmon and rice.
