Christmas lunch

*MERRY CHRISTMAS* !!!

The day finally arrived! G was up early to do the last things for the Christmas meal. I had to run the hoover through as I ran out of time last night. Everything went smoothly, and we sat to eat around 1:30. Not bad!

G put the DVD of A Muppet Christmas Carol after lunch. I fell asleep through part of it, but she watched it all the way through. Catherine wanted to see the sea before the sun set, so we headed to Jumeirah. I went on to do the recycling and fill the car with petrol, ready for tomorrow.

We then called in at friends Diane & Stevie to drop off their present before settling in for the evening. All that prep and lead up to the day, and it's all over in a few hours!! We finally opened some presents before going to bed.
