Couldn't resist posting this! A card from MrM's family in Australia, hand-made by my craftily talented (is that the right expression?!) sister-in-law.

Sadly, Lucy had to leave for home, so we were up at the crack of dawn to take her to Berwick station for an early train to Leeds. Miraculously it was on time. Not so good was the news that the first connection had been cancelled...

Popped down to the Estate Agent's later. They were supposed to have lowered the asking price for the flat yesterday, and it hadn't happened. Had a quick chat with L, who is dealing with our property, and by the time I'd walked home (a 2-minute walk) the price had changed. Voilà!
