A Rooster Walked Into A Mexican Restaurant...

...no, that's all there is. I can't figure out the connection.

This was taken at a very popular Mexican restaurant down south toward the border in Tumacocori named Wisdom's. It has two giant roosters outside the place and banners with roosters and their name on them, too.

I don't get the connection between Mexican food and roosters. There must be some significance that Mr. Wisdom sees.

I've heard the food is excellent. One of these days, I'm going in for my favorite, chicken fajitas. That's all I ever order when I go Mexican!
