We had a dusting of snow early this morning, just enough to cover the deck and bring all the birds to the feeders. I knew there was a pair of cardinals around, I saw them one day just after I moved in, and didn't see them again until today. There were 2 pairs here this morning!
I was watching the gold finches at the feeder, and realized that some of them were not gold finches. There were pine siskins travelling with them today. This is the first time I saw a pine siskin so it has been a good day.

We didn't get the rain or freezing rain that had been forecast, so around 11 am I headed over to Shubie Park for a walk. 

Spent the afternoon organizing photos, worked on my cross stitch and a jigsaw puzzle.
