Wound up in Wexford

Tuna pasta bake

It's raining again as I blip, but I managed to dodge the showers today to visit several shops.  €60 in the fruit and veg shop scored me a large box full, which was carried out to the car by one of the managers/owners, who also gave me a free fig - though the only evidence on the plate is the sprouts.

Another €60+ in the quilt shop.

And then I navigated my way with some trepidation to Iceland.  This is the only shop in Galway that we've found pickled red cabbage - so I bought 2 jars!

Since I brought them home, W has used some of the veggies to make a large bowl of red cabbage coleslaw.  So it'll be baked potatoes for dinner tomorrow.
