Fascination

A trip into town this morning, to see the Turner Exhibition. We've had tickets for ages, and this is the last week. I think everyone else had the same idea - it was packed, which actually spoilt it for me.

So we dodged next door to the Museum, where we treated ourselves to lunch (yum!!!), and saw that there was an Art in Science Exhibition from the Museum of Victoria. Free entry so we had a quick squiz, which extended itself into a long and detailed tour. Magnificent exhibition, and much more to our taste. The images ranged from Audubon and John Gould to much more modern artists, and also included some photo montages and scanning electron microscope images.

This water feature was in front of the Art Gallery - I have no idea what was so fascinating.
