Back in Birmingham today for another infusion for Len. The trial is a double blind, so neither we nor the company know whether Len is receiving the trial medication.

The room we were in today was much warmer than on previous occasions. A good thing. We spent the time watching Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy on iPlayer on my iPad. A stellar cast led by Sir Alec Guinness.

Basil had a day out with Helen and David round the corner. Although he undoubtedly had a good time and was well petted, he still remonstrated with me when he came home.
