Chilly Start

An early start, leaving before 8 to shepherd one of our group up to his regular treatment session in Bloomsbury. At one point I slid around on a patch of ice and somehow managed to not fall off. 

The compensation to the freezing cold was the beautiful sunlight. This group seemed to be enjoying themselves. And after a warming coffee we all felt better too.
