Blackcap #11

Yesterday I slipped on some ice whilst I was at the garden centre. I was OK at the time, apart from feeling stupid of course, but this morning I woke up with a really sore shoulder. 
I've been resting all day and watching the birds on the feeders on and off. I was going to post some squabbling goldfinches, but this blackcap jumped in for a couple of seconds. It's not quite properly focussed, but it will do for today. 

Sorry I've not managed to catch up with all of you recently. I've just been too busy with stuff. I might get time later today....but then again I might not ;)
