Winter citrus

There have been a few blippers getting their marmalade made recently which spurred me on to make some today. Last year's batch turned out thinner cut than I'd hoped but I couldn't remember what recipe I used anyway so tried one from Riverford Organics and cut the peel much more chunkily. We'll see how it tastes!
Had a leisurely breakfast with A then left her to get on with her day and came home via the supermarket to get some food for the week. Apart from the marmalade making I also moved some pictures and furniture around, moved some things in and out of my basement store, did some Italian and caught up with some admin. I'm getting quite a few home swap offers and am excited about the plans that are emerging...
