The other day the water coming out of the hot taps ceased to be hot and so the plumber popped round to have a look. When the replacement of one part failed to do the trick, he had to go and buy a different replacement part and it's now working. But knowing that photo opportunities were likely to be limited today, I snapped the innards.

The other reason I've had to stay at home today was because Anglian Windows were coming to replace the sill to the patio door. However their van was involved in a crash on the way - no one was hurt thankfully - and so it's got to be rearranged. Hey ho!
