Quiet Day

Fortunately I had an acupuncture appointment this morning. My doc (who is a Dr of Chinese Medicine) needled up my very sore calf and told me to keep heat on it. So it's been a quiet day. I really haven't been anywhere, except to the acupuncturist - didn't even go for a walk. But I had gotten these gorgeous tulips yesterday when I went grocery shopping. I'm amazed at the photos that the iPhone will sometimes take...not always, but this is a case in point. One of these days my camera will come out again!
