Turned Box

When we had our very mini blip meet with Kaybee in Edinburgh he very kindly gave us two little boxes he had turned.  This one is made of Yew.

A quiet day getting on with jobs at home, not to mention taking the car in for a nearly forgotten MOT.  CC had booked it while in the car and not entered it in the diary!  

There were two high points in the day.  One trivial, a visit to the local farm shop but at least it got us out of the house.  The other, I got my new WiFi nest box camera working and found that a Blue Tit is already using the box for roosint in.
