Washroom graffiti

A few days ago, I posted the graffiti on the side of the public facilities at the park. This is the graffiti on the front of the building. I can't find any information about the concrete totem poles. The writing on the one on the left is "land back", and I assume that's referring to the desire by many Indigenous people to have their traditional territories returned to them. I don't know if these totems were designed by an Indigenous person, and I wonder why they're located there.
