Flapjack joy

First time I've made flapjacks for years! Baked before I'd read the prompt from host pinkhairedlady - smooth/rough. Decided this fitted the latter - photographed still in the tin, but scored ready for breaking up when cool. I'm assuming mono means 'one' colour with varying shades, not necessarily greyscale. They taste better this colour! ;^)
