Formonthills Woodland And Nature Reserve

Is a Woodland Trust park located between Glenrothes and The Lomond Hills. We decided that a visit to explore this Woodland would help to clear our heads and give us some exercise.

The weather forecast promised sun. We certainly found much to interest us in the Woodland. We did see a Roe Deer. We discovered one of the Sculptures which features in today’s Blipfoto.

Spring has hardly sprung and the sun did not appear. The wind was very cold. However, we will visit again in the Spring. There is much to see and explore in the 300 acres that comprise this reserve.

We arrived home in time to watch Scotland v Wales in the Six Nations Rugby. A great result for Scotland.
