Halford Hollow

Walkies today took Hollie and I down to Halford Weir near Craven Arms.

Been before, blipped before.

The light was great today and I thought I would share the hollow tree. Most of the trunk has gone. A skinny  person could squeeze inside the remains of the trunk.

But it lives! The shots show three views of the tree, which I will blip again once the leaves are out.

A miracle of nature.

The larger image is a shot of a stile, in the middle of a field. Presumably the remains of a boundary fence, long since gone.
