Twisty & Misty River Severn

This is from the top of Littledean Hill, Cinderford, The Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. The River starts to broaden out at Gloucester as it makes it's way down to the Bristol Channel.
I'd popped along on the bike as Johanna had left Ruby and Eric's coats at our house yesterday.
It was a lovely day for a motorbike ride and the first proper ride of 2023. Only 17 miles each way but really enjoyed the twisty road from the main road, A48, to Cinderford. Some very nice bends which makes a bike ride all the more thrilling and enjoyable.
The only other ride, very short, was to the Cathedral to photograph the Knife Angel a week ago.
On the way back popped into TESCO to get a couple of fresh loaves sliced and also pick up 23 red roses for tomorrow. Should have been 2 dozen, 24, but one of the buds was broken off.
